Workout Routine by Ian Purificacion
This four‐day, science‐based workout routine uses a pull‑up bar,
dumbbells, and a barbell to build dominant shoulders, a pronounced
V‑taper, and a balanced physique. Follow the schedule below and remember
to warm up for 5–10 minutes before each session and cool down with
stretching afterward.

Additional Guidelines
-
Progressive Overload: Increase the weight when you
can complete the top range of reps with good form.
-
Rest & Recovery: Allow at least one day off
between similar workouts. Ensure quality sleep and proper nutrition
(aim for 1.6–2.2 g protein per kg of body weight).
-
Warm-Up/Cool-Down: Spend 5–10 minutes warming up
(dynamic stretches, light cardio) before each workout and cool down
with stretching afterward.
